Milleens is Irelands original farmhouse cheese. Beginning in the early 1970s. Milleens and its founders helped establish the Irish farmhouse cheese industry. Today the industry exports approximately €5m p.a. While Milleens cheese remains commited to its core principles of excellence, sharing knowledge and is family owned and run.
