With the definiteness of Oxalate System direction, Zhaoteng Chemiluminescence New Technology Institute was founded in the year of 1995, Since then, several younger determined to create novelty Chemiluminescence products and regarded this as their career pursuit, but not only interested. In 1999, Wenhaiyang company was established and its strategic direction was also cleared: "Relying on the neoteric and high-quality Chemiluminescence products to open up new markets at home and abroad." So far, Wenhaiyang has already become one of the main Chemiluminescence products suppliers in the world. The products are great for novelty, safety and military. Moreover, its product sales cover many countries and regions, for example, North America, South America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia. It has also become one of important suppliers of some famous supermarkets such as Wal-Mart, K-mart,99-cents,Walgreens,CVS and GOODMARK, and some military organizations such as the Singapore army, the German army and the Israeli army. The company locates in Beijing, near the Great Wall; it covers an area of 25000 square meters including an area of 10000 square meters for production and warehouse. All kinds of Chemiluminescence products annual output is about 150 millions. We have been making efforts to improve our management level and we have passed the audit of ISO9001 Quality Management System, Wal-Mart FCCA and Target Factory Evaluation.
