Cixi Gaite Sanitary Ware Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Cixi City enjoying prosperous economy and convenient transportation access, close to Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Express Highway and Yuyao-Cixi Railroad Terminal. Covering a floor area of more than 5,000 square meters, our company specializes in producing speed reducers, P-shaft devices and other fittings of washing machines. With more than 100 employees, we have 15 technical personnel and 10 managers. Our company produces more than 50 kinds of speed reducers and P-shaft devices of washing machines with the annual output of more than 1,500,000 sets. The export volume is more than 800,000 sets. Equipped with advanced facilities and precise productive equipment, we have more than 20 units of small and large size digital control lathes, 2 units of cold extrusion equipment, 4 units of circular grinding machines, 4 units of coreless grinders, 6 units of gear hobbing machines, more than 20 units small and large size plastic jetting-molding machines and two assembling lines. Furthermore, our company also has a set of perfect testing devices for usage life test, noise test and torsion moment test. Implementing the ISO9001 standards, our raw materials and external packaging for products are complying with the SGS directives.
